Wolf’s Ridge Brewing, established in 2013, has become one of Columbus, Ohio’s premier dining and drinking destinations, renowned for its inventive and high-quality food and drink offerings. Co-founded by father-son duo Alan and Bob Szuter, Wolf’s Ridge Brewing began with a shared passion for great beer. Alan, a businessman and avid homebrewer, traveled the country, learning from the growing craft beer community. Inspired by the collaboration and creativity he saw, Alan decided to bring his vision for a local craft brewery to life in Columbus.
As they considered what Columbus needed from a craft brewery, the Szuters realized it had to be more than just a place for great beer—it needed a fresh dining concept to complement the brewery. This led Alan’s son, Bob Szuter, to bring his fine dining experience to the brewery. Having worked in top restaurants in Chicago, Bob envisioned creating a memorable dining experience where going out to eat felt like a special occasion. Today, Wolf’s Ridge is celebrated not just for its expertly brewed beers, but also for its exceptional food, blending the best of both worlds in a welcoming, innovative atmosphere.
